We want you to look and feel sexy. If for any reason you don’t like your full-priced item, let us know. Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch usually within 24 hours.
We accept returns on items that meet the following requirements:
1. Return is initiated within 10 days of delivery date.
2. The item(s) is full-priced (not purchased on sale), unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
3. The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization.
The fine print:
- We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error.
- If the item is damaged during the return shipment, we are not responsible and can not provide a return.
- You can’t return items that were purchased on sale or with store credit.
- We don’t refund shipping costs, if applicable (unless the return was a result of our error).
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a return or store credit?
Returns and store credit are processed within 7 business days after being received. Once the refund is issued on our end, your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account.
